Elles sont un compl\u00e9ment qui\u00a0 permettra de vous familiariser avec les techniques et d\u2019int\u00e9grer la d\u00e9marche<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le but de cette pratique est de <strong>faire le pont<\/strong> entre les techniques statiques (les relaxations) et les relaxations dynamiques de 1er degr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il propose des <strong>exercices<\/strong> <strong>dynamiques<\/strong> dans les trois positions naturelles \u00e0 l\u2019homme : debout, assis et couch\u00e9. Vous retrouverez \u00e9galement des exercices de la relaxation du Schultz<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette technique vous allez pouvoir d\u00e9buter cette grande aventure qui est la <strong>d\u00e9couverte de vos sensations corporelles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mais soyez rassur\u00e9, <strong>vous serez guid\u00e9<\/strong> tout le long de la s\u00e9ance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous pouvez quitter la s\u00e9ance<\/strong> \u00e0 tout moment si vous en ressentez le besoin.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Prenez juste la pr\u00e9caution de le faire progressivement en vous resituant mentalement dans la pi\u00e8ce o\u00f9 vous \u00eates, en remuant les chevilles, les poignets, puis de faire 3 grandes respirations profondes et de contracter ou \u00e9tirer tout le corps avant d&rsquo;ouvrir les yeux en \u00e9tant bien revenu \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;ici\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0maintenant\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 <strong>vivre cette s\u00e9ances plusieurs fois<\/strong> (le voyage et les sensations seront sans doute diff\u00e9rents \u00e0 chaque fois)<\/p>\n<p>Pour vivre pleinement cette s\u00e9ance, trouvez un<strong> endroit calme<\/strong>, <strong>\u00e9teignez votre portable<\/strong>, pr\u00e9parez un <strong>tapis au sol<\/strong> (pour les positions assise et couch\u00e9e)<\/p>\n<p>A la\u00a0 fin de la s\u00e9ance, un moment important\u00a0 est de pouvoir faire un bilan sur ses ressentis.\u00a0 \u00a0En quelques mots, \u00e9crivez dans<span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;color: #ff0000\"> <strong>votre cahier de sophrologie<\/strong><\/span>, vos sensations, vos sentiments, vos \u00e9motions v\u00e9cus pendant les exercices<\/p>\n<p>Le protocole total dure 1h, c&rsquo;est pourquoi il est propos\u00e9 en 3 parties mais en respectant les 3 positions (debout, assis, couch\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p>Bonnes s\u00e9ances<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>TRAM 1 (32&prime;)<\/strong><\/span>= debout = Relaxation (SDB)&nbsp;
