Vous trouverez tout \u00e7a\u00a0 dans la rubrique \u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>DEBUTER<\/strong><\/span>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez \u00e9galement \u00e9prouv\u00e9 les <strong>exercices de respiration\u00a0<\/strong> le <strong>TRAM<\/strong> et le<strong> DAC<\/strong> \u00a0de ce module qui sont une introduction aux relaxations dynamiques\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce module, vous trouverez une progression sur <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>11 semaines<\/strong><\/span> avec des <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">s\u00e9ances<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>de 30&prime; \u00e0 1h<\/strong><\/span> \u00e0 vivre et \u00e0 r\u00e9peter pour int\u00e9grer les notions propos\u00e9es .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span style=\"background-color: #ff9900\">IMPORTANT&nbsp; !!!!<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">&nbsp;<strong>MAIS<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>cela ne remplacera pas les s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires avec votre intervenant en sophrologie. Elles sont un compl\u00e9ment qui&nbsp; permettra de vous familiariser avec les gestes des relaxation dynamiques du 1er degr\u00e9 et d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer la d\u00e9marche<\/span>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Les 11 semaines&nbsp; de cette progression vous donneront&nbsp; assez d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience pour acc\u00e9der &nbsp;\u00e0 la rubrique \u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>AUTONOME<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\u00bb&nbsp;
