(opens in a new tab)\">.<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2- Protocole de fabrication&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Peser tous les produits, compl\u00e9ter une fiche de pes\u00e9e par mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9parer les articles de conditionnement et le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li><li>Dans un grand b\u00e9cher en inox, introduire le sucre et les \u00be du volume d\u2019eau.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9parer le m\u00e9langeur-homog\u00e9n\u00e9isateur \u00e0 p\u00e2les selon&nbsp;<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"AQPrMa 30 (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/portail.stpaul4.ac-reunion.fr\/wordpress\/process\/2020\/07\/12\/aqprma-30-melangeur-a-pales\/\" target=\"_blank\">AQPrMa 30<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li>Sur une plaque chauffante, dissoudre sous agitation constante le saccharose&nbsp;: Vitesse = 150 RPM.&nbsp;Attention la temp\u00e9rature ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 85\u00b0C.<\/li><li>Laisser refroidir le m\u00e9lange vers 45\u00b0C (le b\u00e9cher peut \u00eatre touch\u00e9 sans se bruler).<\/li><li>Ajouter l\u2019aspirine.
