Les parab\u00e8nes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interdits par la loi Lachaud depuis le 3 mai 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous devez fabriquer et conditionner 500 g de cr\u00e8me \u00ab&nbsp;purifiante sans parab\u00e8ne&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>1- Formulation pour 100 g de&nbsp;cr\u00e8me:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Produits<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Quantit\u00e9<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Huile paraffine<\/td><td>18 g<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Alcool c\u00e9thylique<\/td><td>15 g<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Laurylsulfate de sodium<\/td><td>0,4 g<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Eau puriffi\u00e9e<\/td><td>QSP 100 g<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Huile essentiel de thym ou de lavande<\/td><td>2 gouttes<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Extrait de p\u00e9pin de pamplemousse<\/td><td>2 gouttes<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tol\u00e9rance sur les masses \u00e0 peser&nbsp;: 3%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>2- Protocole de fabrication&nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Dans un b\u00e9cher A adapt\u00e9 faire fondre \u00e0 70\u00b0C l\u2019alcool c\u00e9thylique dans l\u2019huile de paraffine.<\/li><li>Dans un b\u00e9cher B adapt\u00e9 faire chauffer \u00e0 70\u00b0C l\u2019eau purifi\u00e9e et y dissoudre le laurylsulfate.<\/li><li>Dans un grand mortier&nbsp;<strong>ti\u00e9di<\/strong>, transvaser l\u2019eau chaude.<\/li><li>Dans le mortier incorporer tr\u00e8s doucement le contenu du B\u00e9cher A, en remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 complet refroidissement.<\/li><li>Ajouter l\u2019huile essentielle de thym et m\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>Conditionner en pots de 100 mL, \u00e0 raison de 50 g par pot selon&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portail.stpaul4.ac-reunion.fr\/wordpress\/process\/2020\/07\/28\/aqprecf-05-conditionnement-des-formes-pateuses-en-pots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AQPrECF 05<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><li>D\u00e9finir une DLUO de 2 mois<\/li><li>Etiqueter chaque pot.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>3- Contr\u00f4les produit fini&nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Appliquer les proc\u00e9dures de contr\u00f4les PF suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Contr\u00f4le du <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/portail.stpaul4.ac-reunion.fr\/wordpress\/process\/2020\/07\/30\/aqprpf-02-determination-du-sens-dune-emulsion\/\" target=\"_blank\">sens de l\u2019\u00e9mulsion<\/a>&nbsp;.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Contr\u00f4le de la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/portail.stpaul4.ac-reunion.fr\/wordpress\/process\/2020\/07\/30\/aqprpf-01-controle-de-stabilite-dune-emulsion\/\" target=\"_blank\">stabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9mulsion<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Contr\u00f4le de l\u2019<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/portail.stpaul4.ac-reunion.fr\/wordpress\/process\/2020\/07\/30\/aqprpf-03-controle-de-lhomogeneite-dune-emulsion\/\" target=\"_blank\">homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9mulsion<\/a>&nbsp;.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>D\u00e9terminer la finesse de l\u2019\u00e9mulsion&nbsp;:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Utiliser une lame microm\u00e9trique et l\u2019objectif x 40 du microscope.
