Il fonctionne selon le principe de thermogravim\u00e9trie&nbsp;: on d\u00e9termine la masse d\u2019un produit, on chauffe rapidement afin de s\u00e9cher le produit, puis l\u2019\u00e9chantillon est pes\u00e9 de nouveau. L\u2019appareil indique alors le pourcentage d\u2019humidit\u00e9, le pourcentage de solide, la masse et\/ou le pourcentage de degr\u00e9 hygrom\u00e9trique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-1&nbsp;: Op\u00e9rations pr\u00e9liminaires&nbsp;: pr\u00e9paration du dessiccateur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8211; Installer le dessiccateur sur une surface propre, s\u00e8che et plane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8211; V\u00e9rifier l\u2019horizontalit\u00e9 de l\u2019appareil sur le niveau \u00e0 bulle. R\u00e9gler si n\u00e9cessaire gr\u00e2ce aux vis de r\u00e9glage des pieds de l\u2019appareil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8211; Pr\u00e9parer l\u2019\u00e9chantillon&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>V\u00e9rifier l\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 du produit \u00e0 tester.<\/li><li>Peser exactement (\u00e0 0,01g pr\u00e8s) une masse M de produit \u00e0 tester dans une capsule de pes\u00e9e.
